Shipping Policy

WE SUPPLY OUR PRODUCTS ONLY IN GUJARAT AND ORDERS ARE DELIVERED FREE OF SHIPPING/TRANSPORTION CHARGES.

• Purchases are shipped/transported directly from our Factory in Surat through reputed courier agencies.
• All orders are processed within 2 business days.
• The ordered items will normally be delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of receipt of payment.
• For locations in interiors or difficult coverage areas, the delivery may take 10 to 12 days.
• Ordered deliveries will be made between 10 AM – 7.00 PM Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.
• Goods will need to be signed for, upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative person i.e., any member of your family, colleague, neighbour, etc.
• However, Navchetan Detergent Products takes no responsibility for the goods signed by alternative person.
• For any complaints with regard to your order, please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order for resolution.
